Standard Cloud Nine Competition Terms and Conditions



These terms and conditions will apply to all competitions in Cloud Nine, unless superseded below. No purchase necessary. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability at time of booking and exclusions may apply. Entrants must be 18 years or over and a UK resident. All travel requires a valid passport. Only one entry per person. Employees, families or friends of Birmingham International Airport, the competition provider or associated companies are not eligible to enter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance. By providing your address & email address you are consenting to receiving communications relating to products and services from Birmingham International Airport and the competition provider. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please indicate on your entry. Closing date for all entries is below. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received and will be notified by post or email.

Prize must be taken by the end of December 2009. Prize is based on two people flying together and cannot be separated. The prize is for return flights from Birmingham to Aberdeen including taxes and charges. Closing date for entries is 08/05/2009. The winner will be drawn at random w/c 11/05/2009 from all correct entries received and will be notified by post or email.
